  • We do not ship any physical goods.

  • All purchases are fulfilled through instant digital delivery upon successful payment and account activation.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Subscriptions are activated immediately after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email and/or in-app confirmation once your subscription is active.

  • In rare cases of technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

 

3. Mode of Delivery

  • All services are delivered via our applications (People’s Byte Enterprise, Pro, Lite) and the www.chrisel.net website.

  • No physical documents, CDs, or hardware are shipped.

 

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure that the email ID and account details provided during registration are accurate.

  • Access to the product requires an active internet connection and supported device.
